Project Black And Gold was a school spirit campaign at UMBC that ran during the Fall of 2009. We asked students to submit "school spirit slogans" via an online form, then chose our favorites for the entire UMBC community to vote on. Five slogans were chosen, and each was used as the basis for a "black and gold" banner design by a UMBC-related graphic designer.

"Be Proud, Be Bold, Be Black and Gold"
