i went to philly for the weekend and hung out with friends-of-friends in their apt on south street. it was pretty sweet, we just did a lot of walking around and hanging out. it’s nice to be so close to everything, their school (uarts) is like right in the middle of the city, and it’s not really a traditional campus.

the friend, jill, actually was saying she is jealous of umbc though, and i was surprised. she said she wishes uarts would have stuff to do on the weekends and fun events, all they have are performances and exhibitions, nothing that’s just plain fun like weekly movies. i don’t know, it’s something i take for granted.

anyway, it was a good weekend.
